Privacy notice

LeaseGodown uses the details you submit to respond to your enquiry, verify warehouse or land information, arrange follow-up, and keep a record of brokerage terms you acknowledged.

Information collected

Forms collect the details you enter. When you submit a form, the server also records your IP address, browser user-agent, referring page and selected campaign tags. If the site is correctly configured behind Cloudflare, it may record your approximate country from Cloudflare's country header. IP-derived location is approximate; this site does not look up exact addresses or currently use a third-party city geolocation service.

How it is used and shared

Enquiries are stored in the site's database and made available to authorized LeaseGodown staff. An enquiry notification is sent through the configured email provider to the configured business inbox. Property enquiry emails may include the public property listing and its public image. The website also loads Google Analytics and Ahrefs Analytics scripts. We do not use form data for marketing email without a separate opt-in.

Retention

Contact and business enquiry records are retained for customer service and brokerage records. Network and campaign context (IP, approximate location, browser details, referrer and campaign tags) is scheduled for removal after 365 days. The fee acknowledgement text, version and time remain with the enquiry as a business record. Private documents and their delivery history follow their linked business record and are retained until staff removes them under the business retention process.
