Is it free to post a warehouse requirement?

Yes. Posting a requirement and receiving a shortlist is free. Our brokerage is 1 month(s) of agreed monthly rent + 18% GST, payable only if you lease a property we introduce.

How quickly will I get options?

Usually within one working day for ready warehouses and godowns. Build-to-suit options, which involve land and a construction plan, typically take a few days.

Is my company name shared with property owners?

No. We share your company details with an owner only with your consent, when arranging a site visit. If your requirement appears on our public requirements board, it shows only anonymised details such as size, area and use.

Which areas do you cover?

Hyderabad and its warehouse corridors in Telangana — including Shamshabad and the airport belt, the ORR, Medchal on NH-44, Patancheru–Sangareddy, Kompally, Jeedimetla and the NH-65 Vijayawada highway.

Do you inspect the warehouses you share?

Yes. Every property is visited on site before we share it, and listings that have passed our ownership and documentation checks carry a Verified badge.

Can you build a warehouse to my specification?

Yes. For around 50,000 sq ft and above we arrange build-to-suit warehouses on title-checked land, leased to you long term. Choose "build-to-suit" in step 2 of the form.
