The initial land review is free and creates no service agreement. If you proceed, our fees (agreed in a separate signed mandate before any work) are: a title & feasibility audit fee of ₹50,000.00 + 18% GST; a leasing commission of 1 month(s) of the agreed rent + GST when a tenant is signed; a development-management fee of 3% of construction cost + GST if we manage the build; and, optionally, 2% of monthly rent + GST for ongoing management.
